Account & Registration

To register, you'll need: an active Bangladeshi mobile number, your date of birth (must be at least 18 years old), and a strong password. An email address is optional. Make sure all details are accurate — incorrect information can cause issues with withdrawals later. Go to the registration page।

The entire registration process typically takes just 2 minutes. Once your mobile number is verified via OTP, your account is activated and you can start betting right away.

KYC verification is required before your first withdrawal. Upload a photo of your National ID (NID) or passport from Account Settings. Verification is usually completed within 24 hours, and you'll be notified by email or SMS once done.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Minimum Deposit Amount ৳500. This limit is the same across Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. There is no set maximum deposit limit, though larger amounts may require verification.

Deposits via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket typically take Instantly — that is, within 1–3 minutes — the funds are credited to your 123 Gio account. If there's an unexpected delay, Financial Transactions Check the status on the page.

Usually 15 minutes to 1 hour withdrawal is completed. If KYC verification is not done, your first withdrawal may take longer. Minor delays may occur on bank holidays.

Minimum Withdrawal Amount ৳300. Withdrawals must be made to a mobile banking account registered in your own name — withdrawals to third-party accounts are not accepted.

Wait 30 minutes first — delays are often caused by network issues. If the amount was deducted but not credited to your account, email support@123gio.net with your transaction ID. The issue will be resolved within 24 hours.
Bonuses & Promotions

When you create a new account and make your first deposit, a welcome bonus will be automatically credited to your account. To use the bonus, you must meet the wagering requirements — for details Promotions page View.

The wagering requirement means you must place the bonus amount as bets a set number of times before you can withdraw. For example: a ৳1,000 bonus with a 5x wagering requirement means you need to place ৳5,000 in bets. Requirements may vary for each bonus.

Once a bonus expires, it is automatically cancelled. Bonuses generally need to be used within 7 to 30 days of being credited. You'll receive a notification before it expires — so keep your notifications turned on.
Betting & Sports

Live betting means placing bets in real time while a match is in progress. Odds change every second. Log in, go to the Sports section, select the "Live" tab, choose your match and market, then fill in your bet slip.

Confirmed bets generally cannot be cancelled. However, Cashout If the feature is available, you can settle your bet before the match ends — locking in an amount somewhere between a full win and a full loss. Cash out is not available on all markets.

If a match or event is cancelled, the full stake for that bet is automatically refunded to your account. For parlay bets, the cancelled leg is removed from the multiplier.

Go to Account Settings → Security → and enable Two-Step Verification. You'll receive an OTP on your mobile each time you log in. With this on, your account stays protected even if your password is compromised.
