• Accounts created with false information may be closed at any time.

Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit: ৳50 (Mobile Pay/Nagad/Rocket)
• Maximum daily deposit: ৳5,00,000
• Deposits are usually credited to your account instantly.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.
• Deposits made in a third party's name will be rejected.

Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳200
• Maximum Daily Withdrawal: ৳2,00,000 (Standard Member)
• KYC verification must be completed before making a withdrawal.
• Identity verification is required for your first withdrawal.
• Mobile Pay/Nagad transfers typically arrive within 5–15 minutes.
• Bank transfers may take 1–2 business days.

All betting decisions on 123 Gio are final. 123 Gio reserves the right to accept or reject any bet.

Bet Cancellation Conditions

• If an event is cancelled before it starts, the bet will be refunded.
• If incorrect odds are offered due to a technical error, the bet may be voided.
• Any bet found to be connected to match-fixing will be voided.

Live Betting

Odds in live betting change in real time and may shift before your bet is confirmed. In some cases, bets may not be accepted due to network delays.

General Bonus Rules

• The welcome bonus is available to first-time registrants only.
• Bonus balance must be wagered a specified number of times before withdrawal.
• Bonus balance will expire if wagering requirements are not met.
• In any dispute relating to bonuses, 123 Gio's decision is final.
• Accounts found to be misusing bonuses may be suspended.

Free Bets

The stake portion of a free bet is not withdrawable. Only winnings generated from the free bet may be withdrawn, and only after the specified wagering requirements have been met.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 123 Gio and will result in permanent account closure:

• Multiple Accounts: Multiple accounts registered under the same person or device.
• Bonus Abuse: Using false information to claim bonus benefits.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for money laundering.
• Hacking & Cyber Attacks: Attempting unauthorized access to the system.
• Using Another Person's Account: Transacting through someone else's account other than your own.
• Match Manipulation: Attempting to influence outcomes or exploiting insider knowledge.
• Automated Betting: Using bots or software to place bets.

123 Gio reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If found involved in prohibited activities.
• If false or incorrect information is provided.
• If KYC verification has not been completed.
• If an account remains inactive for an extended period.
• Upon instruction from a court or relevant authority.

Users may request account closure at any time. You will have the opportunity to withdraw your balance before the account is closed; however, any bonus balance will be forfeited.

• Information may be shared upon request by a competent legal authority.

• Due to delays in third-party payment systems.
